We are delighted to announce we are seeking a commercial Account Manager to join our team as a Business and Solutions Manager. Within this role you are fully responsible for the Profit & Loss generated from Service and Maintenance activities delivered to the Nordic Nuclear Market. This means you will work closely with all supporting functions required for such deliveries. You will be the main customer interface, responsible for on-time, high-quality, and profitable deliveries to our Nordic customers. Additionally, you will oversee the continuous improvement of customer relations.
You will manage a small team of Customer Fulfillment Managers (CFMs) who, along with you, coordinate and run day-to-day operations, as well as deliver planned events and equipment to customer sites. From time to time, you may also manage your own projects or serve as the interface for projects executed by other departments or factories for your customers.
You will report financial, safety, and other business KPIs to the Service Director of Region 2, Area B.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across a variety of support services.
Lead customer interactions and relationships.
Manage a team of senior professionals.
Drive market strategies.
Use high levels of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems across areas such as operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, and engineering. Assess the quality of information provided and ask relevant questions of stakeholders. Propose new solutions to problems that fall outside established parameters and provide recommendations.
Utilize multiple internal and, when appropriate, external sources to help make decisions and develop solutions.
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and influence others’ opinions on specific topics. Guide others to consider alternative viewpoints.

Profile
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Master of Science degree and several years of experience in the Power Service Business, or extensive experience combined with strong merits from the Power Industry
Proven skills in project or business financials.

Position
We are delighted to announce we are currently seeking a Resource Manager to join our Field Service team in Sweden. As a Resource Manager you are responsible for overseeing the effective allocation and utilization of field service resources as well as the overall development of the team. This role ensures that our field service team is optimally deployed to meet client needs, maintain service quality, the highest EHS standard and achieve operational efficiency. You will work closely with field technicians, project managers, and other departments to coordinate and manage workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage field employees including employee contracts, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations, identify training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees, and address daily employee needs and requests
Conduct regular audits and inspections on customer sites to identify and address potential safety and quality issues.
Allocate resources based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements, including monitoring and adjustment in response to changing priorities and unforeseen issues.
Partner and collaborate with peers globally to ensure the right competence is assigned.
Evaluate the demand vs. capacity and ensure the availability of internal or external competent resources to meet the business demand.
Serve as the primary point of contact for own field service personnel.
Facilitate communication between field technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that field personnel have the necessary tools, equipment, training, competence and information to perform their duties as assigned as well as partnering with administrative team, and the Immigration support to complete necessary immigration documents and ensure employees are clear for travel
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on resource management activities and Continuously evaluate and enhance resource management practices and tools.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, implement best practice to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with minimum 5 years experience.
Proven experience in resource management or a similar role, preferably in a field service environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take decisions under pressure.

Desired characteristics:
Experience in the nuclear industry or equivalent field.
Knowledge of field service management software (e.g., ServiceMax).

Position
The steam turbine core service engineering team in Norrköping, Sweden is a one-stop shop for the engineering services on nuclear equipment to support outages, parts, repairs and upgrades dedicated to the Nordics region. We leverage technical support from global teams whenever required to provide speedy & qualitative response to our customers.
In this role you will primarily work within the parts business. As parts engineer you will produce the technical documentation needed for manufacturing, documentation and testing of spare parts for the nuclear turbines.
Interest and skills in drawings, manufacturing methods, materials and quality regulations is important in this role. You partner both with the Arabelle Solutions engineering community and the broader internal team with representatives mainly from sales, parts fulfillment, quality and sourcing.

You can also be assigned to coordinate technical turbine related questions from the site teams or from the customers and answer on time and technically correct based on company standards and fleet experience, searching for support within the local- or global team where needed.

It is desired that the candidate has the ability and will to from time-to-time travel to customer sites for meetings or on site engineering support during an ongoing outage.

Provision of technical- and quality documentation needed for spare parts manufacturing and testing
Disposition of technical questions related to nuclear steam turbine plants, by your own or in cooperation with Arabelle Solutions engineering community

Collaborate with sales, parts fulfillment, quality and other engineering teams to provide technical support and guidance
Understand the service vision and process and ensure service goals for a product or business are met

Profile
Qualifications
Likely to have a Bachelor- or Masters degree in mechanical engineering,
or equivalent learning through experience
Experience of Steam Turbines and associated systems designs and operations
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Ability to understand and assess a broad array of technical questions

Technical/University degree with 4 years of Steam Turbine/Generator experience OR High School / GED with a minimum 5 years Steam Turbine/Generator experience in Field Services roles (any/all frames).

In order to provide direction to others, position requires technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams dial and laser alignment and thermal growth equipment.

Experience and training on Steam Turbine/Generator is required

Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required

Personal security assessment will be required before employment
