Hi! My name is Roman, R&D Manager at DPP and we are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Project Manager. In your role you will be part of a team of highly skilled project managers and technical experts where we collaborate day-to-day on the flexible circuit board technology of the future. You will be working in small teams in research, development, delivery, sales, and operations and be responsible for the delivery of contracted services to meet the customers’ expectations. You also constantly strive to develop and improve our own way of working in an agile environment.
You maintain tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget, ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of customer requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide day-to-day customer advice and support.

The innovation journey began as early as 2001 when our CEO Staffan Nordlinder was hired as a researcher at The Swedish Research Institute (RISE). The result after many years of research in electronics became a world-unique product. So now we support manufacturers in the automotive, LED Light and RFID with machines to create a flexible, environmentally friendly and cost-effective production of printed circuit boards. Today we are ten people with different specialist skills.
