• Responsible for several strategic wholesales partners, their order fulfilment, managing accounts, and providing world-class support
• Monthly capacity planning with central warehouse
• Meet product availability and delivery expectations of wholesale customers
• Conduct performance reviews for several strategic wholesales partners
• Drive the onboarding process of new wholesales partners

Qualifications

Professional requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or Supply Chain
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the area of supply chain, logistics or inventory optimization
• Excellent skills in Excel, ERP-systems

The Customer Experience System Owner is responsible for maintenance, improvements, and optimization of customer service working tools. The customer service team consists of 15 Customer Service Agents. The team handles all B2C two-way communication globally (in 14 languages). This means email, live chat, social media channels, reviews pages, etc. The working environment can be described as entrepreneurial and fast-paced – where you have great opportunities to develop and grow.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Zendesk workflow (support, chat, explore and guide) and integrations with social channels (for example Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Trustpilot)
• Maintain, configure and train chatbot (Ada)
• Maintain and update our return system (Reclaimit) with a great customer experience as the highest priority
• Together with the customer service management implement and update processes and procedures. Always making sure that processes are well documented, updated, and available for the support organization, customers, and other departments.
• Manage requests regarding changes or updates in Zendesk, other customer service systems.
• Assist cross-functionally in implementing new or enhanced features in the support systems and/or processes to improve customer service.
• Ensure that the customer experience is excellent when a customer needs to get in touch with us (calibrating automated emails, Zendesk forms, Return form, etc.)

We are looking for a Distribution Planner, within the Supply Chain team with a passion for fulfillment optimization and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for a selection of wholesales partners, their order fulfillment, managing accounts, and providing world-class support. As a Distribution Planner, you should possess the ability to set the right expectations towards the wholesale partners, in order to achieve an alignment and maximum fulfillment of their expectations. Areas of responsibilities

Distribution Planning for a selection of B2B partners

• Order handling including e.g order creation, allocations, delivery planning, delivery monitoring, open order reports.

Ownership of operational relationship for a selection B2B partners

• Daily contact with your B2B partners, in order to meet their product availability and delivery expectations
• Performance review for your B2B partners, (e.g. correct Incoterms, weekly review of payment in time)
• Close work with the team, 3PL, and shipping partners to optimize the workflow through the whole chain of processes.
• Support with the onboarding process of new wholesales partners

Cross-functional development

• When relevant, involve internal and external partners to solve delivery issues, documentation requirements, or challenges related to product availability

Distribution Planning process improvement

• Identify and take action on improvements in current Distribution Planning processes, systems, and procedures, which improve the level of supporting wholesale partners.

Essential Characteristics

• Education within the Logistics/Supply Chain area are meritorious
• Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Management/Support area, ideally within FMCG or E-Commerce area
• Experience in ERP system is beneficial
• Good Excel knowledge is mandatory
• Quick problem-solving skills
• Be agile and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

The Customer Experience System Owner is responsible for maintenance, improvements, and optimization of customer service working tools.
