We are now looking for stress engineers to provide mechanical integrity assessment of turbine components such as blades, vanes and casings e.g. It is a merit with previous experience of NX Nastran or similar Finite element analysis tool.
Work can be performed from home office, however, during a start up phase you must be prepared to be on site full time in order to learn the procedures, get to know colleagues etc.

Requirements:
• Master’s in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience with HyperMesh and Abaqus is mandatory. Experience with NX Nastran is meritorious.
• Experience from gas turbine R&D project work is highly valued.
• 5 + years of experience.
• Be a well-driven person with a problem-solving mindset.
