In this recruitment process, we want to give you a fair and objective opportunity to demonstrate your potential. Therefore, our recruitment process includes several steps that help us understand how you would fit into the role – and also give you a chance to get to know us better. You will also be asked to present a case, where we are curious to see how you approach a challenge related to the role. The goal is to understand how you think strategically, analyze information, and communicate your ideas – not for you to have all the answers upfront. Our aim is to create a transparent and fair recruitment process where both we and you get a clear picture of whether we are the right match for each other.

Visa mindre
