Responsibilities:
Introduce and maintain processes, tools, and training materials focused on improving reliability.
Oversee programs aimed at enhancing asset performance and continuously improving reliability, maintainability, and availability (RAM).
Provide first-line support for Train Health Management tools and collaborate with central data solutions team to ensure real-time data connectivity.
Facilitate the transfer of successful strategies and lessons learned between projects, ensuring alignment with global processes.
Improve asset management by implementing condition-based and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
Develop and maintain consistent reliability reporting and dashboards across RSM projects in the region.
Provide insights on reliability achievements to support bid and tender processes.
Experience Profile:
Master’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, data science, electrical, mechanical, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the RAM field across all product life cycle stages.
Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure for interfacing with IS&T.
Experience in defining methodologies for Engineering and Project Offices.
Knowledge of general railway businesses.
Familiarity with engineering design and project ways of working.
Fluency in English.
