In the role as Customer Service Manager, you will lead the business development of the Customer Service department. This means constantly looking for ways to improve our service level, streamlines processes and setting up new routines and processes. Key responsibilities:

Rollbeskrivning
Som kundtjänstmedarbetare hos iDeal of Sweden jobbar du med våra internationella kunder. Du kommer främst att ansvara för våra tyska kunder och därmed är det av yttersta vikt att du är flytande i tyska (i tal och skrift).

As Paid Marketing Manager you will be running iDeal Of Sweden’s campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social channels as well as optimize the campaigns, run tests, collaborate on projects and identify opportunities to improve and scale performance. The main focus of this role is to optimize and scale activities and campaigns in order to overachieve our KPIs and growth goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Part of a team, which is responsible for all paid advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, and other social channels
• Plan, create, manage and optimize data- and performance driven campaigns
• Optimize and follow-up KPIs based on campaign types, placements and customer groups
• On-going analysis and continuous A/B/C-testing in order to identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability in ad accounts and in different markets
• Responsible for set marketing budget and overachieving sales and profitability goals
• Drive innovation within content production and ensure that iDeal’s campaigns, ad sets and ads are continuously updated, on-brand and inspiring

Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter:


• Upprätta månads- och årsbokslut
• Utföra månatliga finansiella analyser samt tillsammans med CFO upprätta månadsrapport till ledningen och styrelsen
• Kravställa extera redovisningsbyrå med sex dedikerade resurser
• Förbättra existerande finansiella rutiner och processer inom både ekonomiavdelningen och resterande delar av bolaget
• Nära samarbeta med Supply Chain för att kravställa och effektivisera bolagets administration
• Systemägare av affärssystem (Navision) avseende utveckling och effektivisering av redovisningsteamets
• Säkerställa kundreskontrarutiner och uppföljning av dåliga betalare
• Uppföljning av lagerredovisning
• Compliance och internkontroll
• Kontakt med revisorer och myndigheter

I rollen som redovisningsansvarig kommer du att arbeta självständigt ta ansvar för bokslutsprocessen i nära samarbete med övriga i vårt ekonomiteam om tre personer samt sex externt dedikerade redovisningsresurser. Du kommer att rapportera till vår CFO och din arbetsplats är i trevliga lokaler i centrala Norrköping.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet
Du är utbildad civilekonom med minst tre års erfarenhet av arbete med redovisning och/eller controlling. Vi ser det som mycker meriterande om du har arbetat på en revisionsbyrå.

Du är van vid att arbeta självständigt med hela bokslutsprocessen, du jobbar med detaljer men förstår helheten bra. Vidare har du goda kunskaper i Excel och meriterande är kunskap i affärssystemet Navision. Du är bra på att uttrycka dig väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Paid Social team creates the backbone of iDeal Of Sweden’s e-commerce and marketing departments – all the way from driving traffic & conversions and building the brand in the most important social media channels. The team is responsible for an ad spend of about 20M EUR. The focus is always on performance and direct response marketing, optimizing campaigns, ad sets and ads towards set KPIs and finding new ways to scale business and growth. The team is responsible for our global marketing – we have currently 18 online shops and we are expanding our markets rapidly.

iDeal Of Sweden is looking for a talented Paid Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team. As Paid Marketing Manager you will be running iDeal Of Sweden’s campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social channels as well as optimize the campaigns, run tests, collaborate on projects and identify opportunities to improve and scale performance. The main focus of this role is to optimize and scale activities and campaigns in order to overachieve our KPIs and growth goals.

Key responsibilities:


• Part of a team, which is responsible for all paid advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, and other social channels
• Plan, create, manage and optimize data- and performance driven campaigns
• Optimize and follow-up KPIs based on campaign types, placements and customer groups
• On-going analysis and continuous A/B/C-testing in order to identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability in ad accounts and in different markets
• Responsible for set marketing budget and overachieving sales and profitability goals
• Drive innovation within content production and ensure that iDeal’s campaigns, ad sets and ads are continuously updated, on-brand and inspiring
• Collaborate with Marketing with Design departments when it comes to content, ad copys and brand consistency

 Requirements:


• 1-3 years of experience in Facebook marketing
• Experience of working in Business Manager, Ads Manager or in Facebook marketing platform (such as Smartly.io)
• Good analytical skills and interest in using programs such as Excel, Google Data Studio, and GA
• Passionate about maximizing performance
• Capacity to plan and multitask, well organized and efficient
• Enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment
• Eye for details and content, interest in copywriting and storytelling
• A true team player who enjoys contributing and exchanging ideas with other teams in the business
• A positive and can-do attitude, great sense of humour, empathy, creative yet pragmatic





Other information
You will be based in Norrköping or Stockholm. The position is a full-time position and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate.

Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter:


• Upprätta månads- och årsbokslut
• Utföra månatliga finansiella analyser samt tillsammans med CFO upprätta månadsrapport till ledningen och styrelsen
• Kravställa extera redovisningsbyrå med sex dedikerade resurser
• Förbättra existerande finansiella rutiner och processer inom både ekonomiavdelningen och resterande delar av bolaget
• Nära samarbeta med Supply Chain för att kravställa och effektivisera bolagets administration
• Systemägare av affärssystem (Navision) avseende utveckling och effektivisering av redovisningsteamets
• Säkerställa kundreskontrarutiner och uppföljning av dåliga betalare
• Uppföljning av lagerredovisning
• Compliance och internkontroll
• Kontakt med revisorer och myndigheter

I rollen som redovisningsansvarig kommer du att arbeta självständigt ta ansvar för bokslutsprocessen i nära samarbete med övriga i vårt ekonomiteam om tre personer samt sex externt dedikerade redovisningsresurser. Du kommer att rapportera till vår CFO och din arbetsplats är i trevliga lokaler i centrala Norrköping.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet
Du är utbildad civilekonom med minst tre års erfarenhet av arbete med redovisning och/eller controlling. Vi ser det som mycker meriterande om du har arbetat på en revisionsbyrå.

Du är van vid att arbeta självständigt med hela bokslutsprocessen, du jobbar med detaljer men förstår helheten bra. Vidare har du goda kunskaper i Excel och meriterande är kunskap i affärssystemet Navision. Du är bra på att uttrycka dig väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen som redovisningsansvarig på iDeal of Sweden är du en självgående person som gillar att ta ansvar för ditt arbete och samarbeta med andra. Du är strukturerad och noggrann, serviceinriktad och effektiv som person. Du har en förmåga att se detaljer likväl som att höja blicken och du har en god analytisk förmåga.
