What you will do:
As Sales Manager for the Cruise ‘New Build’ Installation team, you will be a key driver of commercial success across the EMEA & APAC regions. Reporting to the Sales Director for Global Marine & Navy Installations, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on delivering growth in a technically complex and strategically vital sector.


Location:
Ideally, you will be based in Sweden. This position requires proximity to our main customer base, enabling frequent visits to clients throughout Europe and beyond. Travel is expected to be around 20–30 days annually.


Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end users, and influencers. Conduct regular client visits to understand their specific needs and ensure our solutions align with their project requirements.
Oversee project specifications, quotations, and budgets. Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and aligned with client expectations. Support projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce. Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
Use data and insights to identify skill gaps, improve win rates, and implement best practices in consultative and value-based selling.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and project delivery.
Mentor and grow talent, identifying high-potential individuals and creating succession pathways within the sales organization.

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical CAD Chiller Design Engineer to enhance our engineering team. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with advanced CAD skills.
Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD.
Experience with refrigeration systems (Please clearly indicate in your CV whether you have previous experience working with refrigeration systems or not.)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of refrigeration technology and/or rotating machines is a plus.
Strong knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of experience with PLC systems, preferable Siemens but we also work with other automation platforms, such as Codesys.
Experience in automatic control of system and plants.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.

What we look for
Required Experience
Experience in developing new business through excellent client relationships and proactive planning. Experience in field sales and in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling as well as planning, business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
Existing experience working with an established client base within the Cruise market.
Proven track record of selling technical service solutions on either HVAC/Refrigeration/ Fire Protection systems within the Cruise Market.
Be comfortable presenting technical and commercial information to board level.
Outstanding customer engagement
Proven track record of achieving results.
High level of spoken and written English
Skilled communicator and effective in translating technical knowledge into tangible sales specifications and quotations.

Working with major shipyards and owners
A degree in Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC engineering.

We are currently looking for a Strategic buyer for the Global Marine & Navy organization in our Sweden office in Norrkoping -The main areas will be to actively be responsible for Procurement both operationally and strategically and execute in close corporation with the GM&N team members in Sweden and other stakeholders.
You will be part of setting sourcing activities, demands and goals for the business and execute across the BU.
You will have a broad role in the organization, where you will be participating in improvement projects, identifying opportunities, and implementing these.
What you will do
Ensure supplier relationship management and implementation of SCM programs set by Global/EMEA Procurement and GM&N Procurement
Implement and align agreed strategies to the business
Identify and lead / participate in continuous improvement projects
Identify new suppliers, make benchmarks for defined commodities, cost control and implementation
Implement JCI Supplier agreements (Global, EMEA and local agreements) – into the organization
Implement and coordinate general Procurement processes / procedures across the GM&N organization
Support the local organization in Supply Chain Management aspects and new business developments related to Sourcing/Procurement
Financial results (measure, execute and work with defined KPI’s), prognosis on monthly basis.
Secure Due Diligence of suppliers and act according to set of rules for e.g., Compliance, Ethics, Integrity, and other behavior’s set by JCI corporate
Monthly reporting to align Sourcing tasks / initiatives related to projects, commodity strategies etc.
Support purchasing and take operational responsibility when high load on purchasing.

How you will do it
Support commodity / category cost reduction, lead time reduction and supplier consolidation projects
Obtain quotations and negotiates with suppliers on price, quality, and service
Advise improvements on materials and services, price changes, marketing changes and source changes
Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with vendors or potential vendors to enhance the performance and reputation of the company
Investigate, develop, and obtain quotations from suppliers
Plan and prioritize activities, suggest, and implement process improvements to increase our customer service level
Perform special projects for GM&N as assigned

What we look for
Master’s degree in business, Procurement, or related area, or equivalent through experience, with a strong technical and commercial experience. MBA a bonus.
At least three years of active experience in an equivalent professional purchasing position (with experience in the categories mechanical and automation equipment)
Excellent knowledge of purchasing practices and applicable laws and regulations
Analytical, result-driven, and accurate

What you will do:

What you will do
At Johnson Controls Global Marine and Offshore Service, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Norrköping as our new service project manager. The team today consist of 5 persons running projects for mainly air condition chillers installed on large cruise ships. The service contracts led by the project manager can be from a small software upgrade in the plc controlling one of the chillers, to large projects like replacing chiller in the ship dry dock or upgrading complete control systems on the HVAC system on the vessels. We also run all repair and maintenance contract in cooperation with our technical department and service technichans and it’s the project manager responsibility to coordinate all job and travel requirements and keep track of the finance in the project.

In the role as Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Manager of our Project Execution team, and you will work out of our office in Norrköping, Sweden. You can expect occasional travel.
How you will do it
You will take ownership of the project from draft of contract until sign off and handover to a satisfied customer.
You will follow consistent project management procedures and processes, thus ensuring that all work and materials will comply with Johnson Controls standards as well as all legal & contractual requirements.
You will work closely with our sales, technical and service team in order to co-ordinate the different contract deliveries and tasks.
You understand the importance of delivering financial reporting as well as projects on time and on budget. You will take a key role in staying on top of customer contract spend for each project you lead.

A mechanical or electrical engineering degree on minimum B.Sc. level.

With direct reference to the GM&N Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be part of the GM&N sourcing team and in close cooperation with the EMEA Procurement team. Indirect reference will be our Engineering Manager in Norrkoping.
You will have a broad role in the organization, where you will be participating in improvement projects, identifying opportunities, and implementing these.


What you will do
Ensure supplier relationship management and implementation of SCM programs set by Global/EMEA Procurement and GM&N Procurement
Implement and align agreed strategies to the business
Identify and lead / participate in continuous improvement projects
Identify new suppliers, make benchmarks for defined commodities, cost control and implementation
Implement JCI Supplier agreements (Global, EMEA and local agreements) – into the organization
Implement and coordinate general Procurement processes / procedures across the GM&N organization
Support the local organization in Supply Chain Management aspects and new business developments related to Sourcing/Procurement
Financial results (measure, execute and work with defined KPI’s), prognosis on monthly basis.
Secure Due Diligence of suppliers and act according to set of rules for e.g., Compliance, Ethics, Integrity, and other behavior’s set by JCI corporate
Monthly reporting to align Sourcing tasks / initiatives related to projects, commodity strategies etc.
Support purchasing and take operational responsibility when high load on purchasing.



How you will do it
Support commodity / category cost reduction, lead time reduction and supplier consolidation projects
Obtain quotations and negotiates with suppliers on price, quality, and service
Advise improvements on materials and services, price changes, marketing changes and source changes
Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with vendors or potential vendors to enhance the performance and reputation of the company
Investigate, develop, and obtain quotations from suppliers
Plan and prioritize activities, suggest, and implement process improvements to increase our customer service level
Perform special projects for GM&N as assigned



What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or related area, or equivalent through experience, with a strong technical and commercial experience
Alternatively, a Mechanical / Electronic engineer (or equivalent), with a suitable education / experience in Procurement will also be in scope
At least three years of active experience in an equivalent professional purchasing position (with experience in the categories mechanical and automation equipment)

Enheten i Norrköping levererar kylsystem till kryssnings- och passagerarfartyg och offshoreinstallationer samt relaterade eftermarknadstjänster och -produkter.
Som Serviceingenjör ingår du i ett team av specialiserade resande tekniker som agerar globalt med stöd av projektledare och tekniska specialister, därigenom är du en mycket viktig länk mellan hemmakontoret och våra kunder.
Teamet består idag av personer med varierande utbildningar och bakgrund; främst kyltekniker men även automations-, energi-, el- och sjöingenjörer.
Hur du gör det
Underhåll och felsökning av kyl- och styrsystem ombord på seglande kryssningsfartyg
Driftsättning av installationer vid nybyggnation av fartyg på varv
Uppgradering och ombyggnation av befintliga installationer på seglande fartyg eller på varv
Driftoptimering och rådgivning/utbildning på kunders anläggningar
Sammanställa servicerapporter och dokumentation på engelska – en viktig del av rollen

Uppdragens längd varierar från ett par dagar till 4-5 veckor – antingen på samma site eller som en kombination av flera uppdrag. Beroende på uppdragets omfattning kommer du både resa ensam eller i team. Totalt ska du förvänta dig 170-200 resdagar per år. Placeringsort är Norrköping men du kan bo någon annanstans i Sverige.

What you will do
You will be part of our Nordics Field IT Support team across Denmark and Norway. As a driven and proactive IT Support specialist, you will be required to manage a variety of assignments through our Virtual TechHut whilst supporting office and manufacturing sites in Sweden. How you will do it
Be part of level 1.5 and level 2 end-user support. And together with our Virtual TechHut and Nordic team manage our ticket queue.
User contact by various methods, from ServiceNow live agent chat to phone calls and walk-ups.
Create and resolve incident / service request, report errors and troubleshoot with next level IT-teams or third-party partners.
Solve problems in Windows and applications to the more administrative tasks.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting.
Manage End-of-Lease computers through their lifecycle.
Assist vendors and be responsible for projects such as replacing computer, switches, or printers.
Be service-minded and driving to help and guide our users.
You are good at prioritizing and execute your tasks

What we are looking for
Required
It is important that you have some years of experience from a similar function. You may come from an IT Helpdesk function or have being working as IT Support Specialist.
You are motivated by providing good user support and can communicate with the user at different levels.
Ability to cooperate with your team members and organization from a distance
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
A good problem solver and proactive to follow-up on tasks, and can quick understand new processes and systems
Fluency in both Swedish and English language, speaking and writing.
Preferrable experienced with MS Windows, O365, SCCM and Intune.
Valid driver license.
